Site project updates...

Roofing: Roofing continued for bldg. 23 on Saturday. We always try to avoid weekend work but find it necessary from time to time when we experience weather related delays. Building 25, roofers are expected to begin ripping the roof on Monday. Please review the notices left to your doors this afternoon and posted on your mailbox. ALL CARS MUST BE MOVED AS REQUESTED! Thank you! (next week notices will be provided to building 57 with an anticipated start date)

July 4th Holiday Office Hours and Recycling Schedule

In observance of the 4th of July, a celebration of our independence, the Management office will be closed on Monday July 3rd and Tuesday July 4th. We will re-open on Wednesday July 5th at 7:00 am. There will be no contractors on site during this time.

Recycling pick-up in on schedule as usual for Monday July 3rd. A member of BEV's maintenance staff will be in long enough to return trash receptacles to each unit after pick-up. Please be sure to bring them inside your garage.

Have a happy and safe July 4th holiday weekend!

Roofing Project Well Underway for 2017...

The roof on building 24 is completed including having new cedar siding installed where needed and new a 6" gutters system. Building 22 is nearly completed with buildings 23, 25 and then 57 to be done in July. We are thrilled to be using Atlas shingles with a 50 year warranty! Because of the installation system being used, Atlas has also given the Village an extended 15 year non-prorated warranty. The shingles are also treated to be resistant to, and warrantied against, mildew growth.

Patio replacements

Several patios are being replaced this season due to water related issues that were either brought to our attention by the unit owner or identified during our property inspections. Once you open things up you really get to see the amount of destruction water can do. Happily, these issues were found before causing damage inside the units! Once problems are identified and revealed we take pride in making proper repairs.

Election held over...

The Election for the Board of Trustees has been held over to the July meeting due to a lack of quorum in person or by proxy. We need 29 more proxies in order for the votes to be tabulated in July so the new board can be seated and get to work.

If you have not yet returned a proxy, please do so today. Extra proxy forms and envelopes are in the outgoing shelf of the BEVCA drop box (located on the parking lot side of the Meeting Hall, behind the blue USPS box)
