2010 Board elections

The 2010 Board election results were certified tonight. Those elected were Bert Kobylarz, Barbara Zipperlein, Ed Saade (incumbent) and Lorra Colwell (incumbent).

We wish to thank Charlie DeKoning and Wendy Costello for volunteering to count the votes.

Thank you to everyone who ran for a seat on the Board. This was the most competitive election in several years in terms of candidates- we had eight people running for the four Board seats.

(Correction- This article originally stated there were seven candidates for the election. The correct number was eight.)

Window Replacement Requirements

Please be advised that BEV has a required specification for replacement of windows and sliders/doors in individual units. If you are contemplating changing your windows/doors please contact the management office for copy of the required specifications. Recently a window vendor has gone door to door to solicit business. We have not been able to establish if this company (Power Windows & Siding) is willing or able to provide the windows/doors as required by Bald Eagle Village.
